IB does ACH transfers to/from your bank account. Accounts must have the same name. Transfers are free, up to, I think 1 or 2 a month. Then they cost a buck or so. Mine usually complete in a day or two.

IB has been working great for me lately. No problems lately, and very few over the last 5 years. Super broker that allows the DIY system trader to reach new heights of profitability. Highly recommended.

IB is hard to beat: Very useful and usable interface. Open API-automation. Best rates. It's not for newbs, tho. TOS or OptionsXpress would probably be better for inexperienced traders...
