<i>"Ok, I didn't have time to read the whole 19 pages...So somebody might have done the math already..if not, here goes.."</i> Let me see if I have this straight: your very first post in this forum here comes from knee-jerk response to skimming the first bit of this thread and <b>ass u...

Gotta love ZERO RISK in the SP500 = $$$

Once the first hour ended, volatility dried & died. Huge swings from yesterday cleared a lot of stops, washed out more than a few traders. Takes time to digest such events. Back to normal tomorrow... whatever that might be

<i>"Not to worry!!!!!! They're kicking back and watching this huge counter rally unfold!!!!!"</i> Yep, only +45 more ES points upward to go, and yesterday's move is erased.

<i>"if everyone thinks like you who is going to sell?"</i> I wouldn't worry too much about that. You'll find sellers.

Why Jesse Livermore never managed others' money?

<i>"I'm sure Baron can tell advertisers how many unique users visit ET each week....."</i> <b>Prime</b>, you are quoting me out of context. The point to that was, this is a very small community of regular contributers. I realize 60,000+ have passed thru to sign up for an alias. Unique...

    BLACK Tuesday!

Heaven help the hapless souls who dare press the first rally to resistance tomorrow. They will learn the meaning of "overhead supply" up close and personal

So will the market continue downward?

<i>"So what? What if each day that gain was .00000001%? Again, it is just using carefully crafted terminology to scare people out of the market so that the smart ones can get better discounts on long-term positions. I've lost more than 3 months of gains in one drunken night in Vegas!"</i>...

    Holy Shit!

<i>"I know someone who tried to fade the gap today on the YM, he's down over $15,000."</i> There were a lot of lessons learned in the market today by traders who joined the game since mid-2003. Some of those lessons were terminal to trading accounts. We've been saying this type of action...

Huge money day... haven't had this much fun since July 2002! ES down -50pts intraday with a +20pt squeeze in the final hour makes it pretty easy. May not see this again for years, might see ten more sessions just like this in 2007 :D

    PPT in Effect today?

The S&P is only off -42 points from Monday's close. PPT may look at the markets when S&P drops another -100 points or so from here. No cause for concern, just normal market reaction to Greenspan's reality check
