Just curious to see if anybody has an Ignore list as lengthy as mine (at 83). A large chunk of my list do not post anymore - clearly they are too stupid to remember how to fire up their computer. :D
What about intellectual diversity? Since a large chunk of our intelligence is genetically determined, UoM should allow extra points for morons. All in the name of diversity, of course.
:D
Come on, you can't just respond to a parody of this caliber just pretending to be giving an honest answer - many folks will think you don't get it. Try for over the top like this:
While Schill Securities rarely take high risk traders such as yourself (even if they provide 100% of their...
Learn to quickly estimate the value of the source. For instance, take ET. We've recently had quite a bit of posting that contained absolutely no (or in some cases, very tiny amounts of) information pertaining to this business of trading. It's very apparent that these posters have a flamingly...
Here's the case I got:

Except mine is the PC-70, which is aluminum, with brushed aluminum finish (not black). $173 with free shipping via Pricewatch. You'll build your new systems in this...
Get a Lian-Li case instead of the Antec one. They cost more, but they are way better. The friend that advised me to build with one said "Once you build one of these, you won't go back to that cheap stuff" and he was right.
Unfortunately, one of the shortcomings of this whole anonymous `net communication thing is this sort of behavior. Postings of this nature do absolutely nothing towards the purposes of most of the users here, further they discourage new posters and new users. A post of this caliber does not...
That's what I do as well. If I'm going to be away from my desk for a few hours, I'll power down the monitors. But, unless my computer is crunching numbers overnight, it's get's powered down at the end of the day.
As a general rule of thumb, faster drives seem to come out SCSI first, then IDE a few months later. So, IMO it's better to spend the extra ca$h on a better monitor, more RAM, bigger UPC, etc.
Just on my one analog that has an El Cheapo (TM) extra long VGA extention cable with Reverse Shielding (TM). :D That one looks like crap until I finally get around to buying a decent cable for it. My other analog with a normal, decent, unextended cable looks fine.
It's helpful to use the unfudged numbers when comparing year over year - so compare May `03 to May '04 to get a big picture idea of how much the Fed is growing the money supply. As I recall, you'll see M3 up over 6%.
