S&P 500 very close to intermediate term top

Congrats on the excellent call bro. Seems we're slicing through Spooz all time heights like a hot knife through butter. A walk in the park!

How much money your strategy could handle?

You see these type of people are only here to jab but they can't take a punch. Scared to look bad, so they never post what they trade. Is it low self-esteem? I mean I will not laugh at anybody making a bad trade, I make them all the time, part of the game

Gotta love ZERO RISK in the SP500 = $$$

Unlike you, I do not call people names (not counting the occasional perma bear calling :p, those offended please forgive me). I'm very happy with who I am, what level of financial independence I have achieved and how I live. I don't care if anybody thinks I am professional or cheerleading and I...

How to Trade the Buffet Way

Regarding options, Buffet recently also was cited borrowing out common to other brokers so they can offer it to their clients for short selling. Apparently some hedge fund wanted to short USG back when they were in deeper trouble and Buffet happily borrowed out the stock and collected a few %...

Gotta love ZERO RISK in the SP500 = $$$

"professionals simply don't do this and that" "they make money this and that way". I love the fact that anything and anybody that goes against the conventional wisdom of your own world simply can't be!!!! :p

Cramer: One of the greatest bull markets of all time

I have to say one thing Cramer seems to be good about is changing his opinion in a heartbeat. I think that's actually a plus if you're investing short to midterm. If the market goes down 3 days he's becomes careful and thinks 100% consumer staples. If we go up 2 weeks it's the best bull market...

This market, even a Caveman could do it!

Oh kiddo... I am not sure what you are suffering from. Delusion or is it just low self esteem? Or maybe... both? :p

I wouldn't call it bitching.. rather ... teasing! That'd be the right term! Actually I love the bears... that's why I love to tease them!

Cramer: One of the greatest bull markets of all time

Edit: (Added some boldness purely for proper emphasis) :p Enjoy! By Jim Cramer RealMoney.com Columnist 5/18/2007 6:07 PM EDT Relentless and inexorable. Joy-propelled. And nobody seems interested at all. All enthusiasm seems drummed up, false. Nobody seems to be excited about this...

new era of efficient markets pushing stocks upward

Depends on your personality. Most people's stomachs keep them from buying things that keep trucking higher because they look expensive and dangerous to implode any second. Things only are attractive to them once we head down 25% because then things look "cheap". No idea. I don't know much about...

Microsoft admits Vista failure. Actions speak louder than PR

Using Vista at home since the day it came out. Works well, but I am not blow away by any features. We still use XP Desktop/Linux servers in the office and I don't see why I should spend the the extra money upgrading XP to Vista there. I see no benefit upgrading?!

You got my point. Why do you keep asking questions when you're not interested in the answers, instead you keep trying to plug how smart you are yourself?

new era of efficient markets pushing stocks upward

I only see one pattern right now: We keep making new highs. Once we break lows it's time to modify your portfolio, until then.. enjoy the ride!!!

This market, even a Caveman could do it!

Funny nobody ever mentioned the APPRECIATION of the USD against EUR/GBP/CAD etc. 2001/2002. When stocks go up the bears bring up the dollar weakness as an excuse. When we actually go down the bears don't care about currency appreciation all of a sudden. Then they finally have what they want...

This market, even a Caveman could do it!

My point exactly. I read "bubble" all over the place and we're up like what 13% annualized from the 2003 lows and like 7% this year so far? That's a decent bull market but by no means a "bubble". It's good people think that though. It keeps them waiting for the bubble to burst.. and waiting...
