the fact that you have expectations means you are setting yourself up for disappointment. You should be passionate about your goal to trade well, but do not be emotionally attached to the outcome. B/c if you are, psychology, you will have a very tough time and more than likely fail.

shiko, what you're suffering from is a lack of experience. Happened to me when I was first starting out. As you gain more experience, your "i should have done this or I should have held for longer" thoughts will slowly go away. Certainly a mentor can help speed up the process, but...

ES contract expires 3/19/10. Es contract typically rolls over 8 days before that. This I am positive on. You can trade the march contract until 3/19/10.

I've stopped fighting the bulls a long time ago. I pretty much just buy whenever the 15 min chart on the ES slaps the 200ema. Been making me a ridiculous amount of money all year.
