personally I've found that PA based upon candlesticks are a lot more reliable in the opening 30 mins of the market compared to other periods.

Just curious as to what you guys think. I trade the ES. Lately, I've been enforcing a rule for myself where when I'm up 1.75 points or more, I stop trading for the day, and just watch the market..... trying to get better at reading it while keeping my profits. This works out fairly well...

I've got the pp @1161, s3 @1119, and S2 @1140. Those are the 24 hour pivots, calculated based upon the contract setup.
