    Multi-chart Ripping Off Tradestation

How exactly MC operates and is able to do what they do is a great question. I'm sure TS is aware of it, so maybe they don't care? Maybe they are getting a cut? It would seem odd for a company like TS to just say Oh Well....

Which regulation forbides mutual funds from selling to stay in cash?

The fund must ultimately follow their written investment policy. If the fund says no more than 5% cash, then no more than 5% cash. Investors like to know what to expect when purchasing a fund, so the written rules are necessary.

    Reaver--guilty or innocent?

The most annoying thing about your idiotic posts carc is that you keep saying "I hope he doesn't get into trouble" yet we all know that's simply not true. Stop pretending to be compassionate when you are just a fat, lazy POS that has nothing better to do with his time than 1) start a thread...

    Reaver--guilty or innocent?

Some people really, really need to get a life. Seriously. If this is all you have to occupy your free time, I suggest taking this wasted energy and do something actually productive with it. Maybe learn how to trade or something.

    Clowns ES Daytrading Journal

Jack - his screens have NOTHING to do with the common fight among all traders of greed vs. fear of loss. This is a MENTAL and PSYCHOLOGICAL game. You of all people should understand that.

Take a peak at your 15 min chart with areas drawn.... Easier day - short the resistance, get ready to cover at this support area. One trade, big profits. I know... easier said than done.

    Advice from you experienced traders

Sounds like there are some accountants on the board! :D I say give it a try. If you are truly that depressed at your current work situation, why waste your life there? I'm of the belief that you only get one shot to make your life worthwhile and to spend it 8+ hours, 5 days a week...

old - do not attempt to reason with sssss... This person is on a trading contest vengeance with no real arguments to support their case.

How much would you pay for a week of training?

Good posts... Hard to quantify what you are asking here. As others have said, it better be a great friend that you can trust or forget about it. A profit sharing arrangement would be a great deal for both parties as well. If your system can make money and this person has money to trade...

    Life After (Failing at) Trading

A resume and your experiences are what you make of it. If you show the trading time as a negative, it will be a negative. If you show that you ran a business and learned from your mistakes, it can be a great positive. Or, just tell them you took time off as others have stated. That's the easy...

    Trading during open today...

Great points whitster. This is where the '95% fail' bullshit comes from b/c you can literally open an account for $2500, get $500 (or lower) margins and trade that away rather quickly. Another 'failure' for the statistics. The difference being that there are traders like that out there...

    do candle sticks really work?

I've heard that before as well, but yet to see anything that actually substantiates this other than 'I heard...' Is there anything out there confirming this hearsay?
