It did fall below 1.2000 and kept depreciating. I think next week may be time for a correction.

    Nice boots

Shoes is one of things I am willing to spend more money on (not that much though), for purely practical reasons. Higher quality shoes are often more expensive, and having higher quality shoes means your feet are warm, comfortable and dry even in the worst weather.

    College Professor Gone Wild

My professors were super serious and there was a huge emotional divide between them and the students. I actually liked it that way.

SEC Shuts Down $85 Million Ponzi Scheme and Obtains Asset Freeze

Both are equally possible. Scammers work by taking advantage of human weakness - greed, fear, naivety, etc.

This ‘head ripping’ prank is gold!

Obviously, but where is the head of the person playing the decapitated body? The torso looks much too short for it to be hidden under the clothes. And if the whole thing is an animatronic then that's a very good animatronic.

    Quiz

I have no idea how to make saltpeter, to be honest. Up until this post I actually thought it was some sort of mineral. :( EDIT: There is naturally occurring saltpeter, it's called niter. So I wasn't entirely wrong.

    Quiz

I agree, I think the location makes a big difference. It'd be one thing to land somewhere in the Roman empire, entirely different to be somewhere in China or in South America.

    Unregulated vs Regulated brokers

The benefit is, I assume, that they're working with a broker regulated by an agency with a relatively good reputation. It's one thing to trade with such a broker, it's another to trade with a broker registered in Vanuatu, for example.
