-10. Lost discipline. There were only 2 setups by my system, but I entered several trades in anticipation of a setup. You know when things start looking like it is setting up, it is very tempting to set an entry order. I need to sincerely work on not doing that. KTS, looks like you...

Longer intraday. I was using a 1000 vol chart with a 30 sec for entries. Now using a 2000 vol for both.

kts, thanks for the insight. Looks like you are on a roll already today. I trade from work, so it is hard to chat much. Going to a bit longer timeframe I think will help me. Still honing my skills, getting ready for retirement in a couple of years.

Instynct and kts, you two are doing well. I have been having a hard time with "work". I am siming trades on a longer term chart to see if that will work better with my inability to watch fast charts. Are you 2 retired, homeless or just successful enough to do this full time :)

Missed most of day. 2 trades, net 3 pts.

-4 for day. I was up 14, but gave it back in that flip flop area. Would have done well if I were scalping, but was holding for a trend. Missed the morning trend.
