Daily chart is Bear flagging... Unable to tag 2700 zone was a bit disappointing on that drive North... Should we make an attempt to test that 2583 Swing lo I`d anticipate a slide right thru it like butter... currently flat.. awaiting a clear signal.

Any strong dip down to 2620- 2640 window, to flush out weak Bullys before the Polar Express leaves for North Pole, would be the conservative entry... Target shoot.. Set it & forget it! Catalysts: Daily Hammer Bottom Half of 220 Handle range St. Nick Rally Fed toes the line w/ no surprises...

Big Pic Outlook: 2699.50 Bullish Target in place on this drive.. which equates to the 50% Fib Retrace from this move down. 2640-50 Pull back would be conservative buy entry for Santa Claus Rally back to Top of Range at 2820. Gotta be bullish on this move back up to the top of range 2810-20...

That`s why I prefer the larger TF`s .. I try not to get caught up in the minutia of intra day scalps for 5 to 10 Handles...like yesterday.. which is still a nice living .. if one can take 17 days out of a 20 day month along with tight losing days. Power is still North & Up... Active Lo still...

These moves straight down & back North in this established 220 Handle range have been vicious ... very little availability to enter conservatively on retracements .

2550-60 should be the magnet here.. That 2525-30 is very significant as it represents last Active Low that gave us new Hi`s... So closing below that Active Lo will have consequences to it! Daily Chart is the relevant chart here...

Still Heavy Heavy... 2610 a vapor trail... which should have acted as the 100 handle rule... shows us how heavy this market is.

2600.... then 2550... Patiently awaiting set up form either side of the plate. Fib Confluence in effect!
