May be some trouble for first time home buyers but there are various sellers... upsizers, downsizers, retirees, investors, etc. Baby boomer inherited wealth will also help out the first time buyers as well....

That`s definitely not what it means... This is an outlier & direct result of Covid... Think of The Real Estate market as a slow slow moving oil tanker that takes years to develop an abrupt move like you`re predicting... For one to sell their primary residence now & buy back a year from now would...

We didn’t experience our typical buying spree spring market due to Covid here in NYC - North Jersey... As well as across the nation.. has pent up buyers all bidding on existing lower than average inventory here.. combine that with a tremendous Exodus out of NYC and the five boros into the North...

Same can be said of the Gov’t Arm/ PPT keeping us from coming in hard all week... locals / BSD’s had to wait for PPT to head to the Hamptons to get theirs ....

Stayed up till 12 midnight trying to catch this Long move as it was fairly obvious we`d get it as PA was screaming it..... Sharp down moves kept me from carrying long into the over night session.... Defense First...

We get the grizzle.... Globex gets the gravy ... If we don`t get some serious Vol today... It`ll be time to inverse hours & just trade the over night session .... "Steal The Move" ... has been the mantra ....
