Everyone knows how to lose weight. There are many different "methods" that can accomplish the task. How many can do it and keep it off for the rest of their life without "blowing up". Requires hard work, discipline, and persistence. I think trading is similar.

Yeah, flash crash was +$9800 strictly trading YM adding on the way down while keeping breakeven risk or better. That was an epic day for me at the time :) Not posting to brag , just posting to show that this can be done if you put in the work, lots of blood sweat and tears can pay off.

If there is only 1 contract at the ask and 9 a level above that. Lets say I hit them both with 10 moving the market 2 ticks. Is that manipulation? At what extent of movement caused by one player is it considered manipulation? The only manipulation I'm concerned about is an algo qoute...
