I fully agreed and support you. To be honest, I try to tell the whole world for a long time that the commissions and slippage that make the short term trading a negative sum game but I keep on get shot down by someone with "special" interest in this topic. Don't forget, this site is sponsored...

For value or long term investor (like Warren Buffett), the answer is yes, stock growth in long term. You have to admit most of the traders here are extreme short term traders and they are mainly trade future, options, bucket shops and etc which is virtually a zero sum games.

Wrong answer ! You learn after you loss in market if you are smart, you also help keep our traders rich (zero sum game, brother) such as pay for my porsche and 6 bedrooms house. Ice cream ? you wash it away in toilet eventually.

250K ?? 90% of the "elite trader" here not even have 25K account. For those who have 250K account, I can sure you they are NOT trade like this way, they have their own way to overcome this commission & slippage, or else they will not have the 250K account. :D
