I should have re-phrased. I was referring to "me" when talking about having a hard time buying mid term stocks at these levels...except for the dividends. Long term investments, yes....time on my side. Agreed with "who is buying now".

Reid is a proponent of gov takeover of 401k rendering them as an annuity guaranteed by the gov. Another social security "good intention" program that will quickly become consumed in fraud waste and abuse as does every other inefficient government system. Not a political rant, but would seem...

It is very tough to add to mid term positions at the tops. Dividends may help. 401k input must go somewhere though....and they will keep dumping it in.

Interestingly enough, rsi and it's variants are proving somewhat useful in scalp and very short term trades in this environment. apply the tools when they are working.

How much room are you willing to give it? I ask because the 1490 to 1500 is a nice area to pull in shorts and then pop it well over the top. The 1500 will get a nice media boost as well.
