Have not had opportunity to put on too many trades over last few moths... Traded in/out of that last swing Hi rather successfully with out being married to my ego & waiting for the inevitable "Turn". That said, there is never a reason to let a "trade" or Position.. go 300 handles against you...

I actually Trade Es/Ym.. depending on the cleaner Index set up.. on a position basis & longer term holding times... More often than not , scaling into building a position for a significant/ meaningful move.. That`s my primary M.O these days. I will occasionally put on a day trade ..1-3 day...

Good Question.... When I day traded Es/Ym exclusively.. the one day I would stay away from, after reviewing my back performance , was to avoid Monday mornings if not all of Monday.. as Monday were my worst performing days. Tuesday, Weds, Thurs were the best set up days where I`d go big...
