    Cancel Fee question

You have to ask your broker to find out if they charge for cancellations. The policy from the exchange is by executing broker not by customer. If the broker has a certain ratio of cancels to executions, they will get charged. Then they can determine if they want to pass that on to their clients...

    ICE $120/mo non-pro data fees

I assume you should see these fees as cash activity.

    ICE $120/mo non-pro data fees

If I'm not missing something, the fee from the ICE for 2015 looks like $95/month. They charged you $97.50 on that email. I guess the difference could be some type of tax I'm not familiar with, or they mark it up $2.50. BTW, they don't seem to have a discount for non-professional, only one fee.

The ICE website does not make it easy to find their MD fee schedule. Does IB mark up MD fees? Bob

I understand. Most 2017 options are VERY wide. These are not bad. Good luck.

You said 4 to 6 months away. Did I look at the correct month/year? Jan 2017 is way out.

I see a relatively flat Vol skew. If it were more or less yesterday, it might be just the bid/ask spread. See attached. Ignore the downside. Good markets for 01/2017.

Can you tell me the option info for each option. (symbol, month, strike, P/C) Your screen shot is hard for me to follow. I can look at it, on my own. What is this taken from?

It's hard to tell the size of the increase in the Out of the money call to see if it's material. And, are you looking at the bid/ask spread or last sale.

    Index ETF and Liquidity Risk

Stocks can be removed or added to the ETF. Also, the ratios can change. I don't see it as an issue. Any more specific question can best be answered by the firm that runs the ETF. Pick one, and give them a call.

    Index ETF and Liquidity Risk

I have not read the article from AB yet, but they sell mutual funds and portfolio strategies and have a vested interest in moving investors away from ETFs. I would weight any white paper funded by anyone with an agenda.

    NYSE to eliminate "stop orders"

If held at your broker or on the exchange order book, I don't see a material change in the quality of the execution from a stop order. The elimination of true GTC order seem unnecessary. That is not good for the public.
