Who's cheaper than Scottrade and DOESN'T have inactivity fees?

All these cheaper commission brokerages sound shady as heck. OptionsHouse seems to be the only non-shady one.

Who's cheaper than Scottrade and DOESN'T have inactivity fees?

According to this site, Sogotrade execustions are slow and "sometimes take minutes." http://www.brokerage-review.com/stock-broker-reviews/sogotrade-review.aspx

Who's cheaper than Scottrade and DOESN'T have inactivity fees?

Oh, another requirement I have is free withdrawals. It's fine if it's a check they have to mail to me.

Who's cheaper than Scottrade and DOESN'T have inactivity fees?

I will say, Scottrade's customer service has always been phenomenal, whether I call, email, or stop by an office.

Who's cheaper than Scottrade and DOESN'T have inactivity fees?

Here is a comparison of some. There are some extra fees for some of them, though, like an extra fee for afterhours trading. On April 11, 2013, Just2Trade was issued a temporary cease-and-desist from FINRA. Source: http://www.finra.org/Newsroom/NewsReleases/2013/P239716

Who's cheaper than Scottrade and DOESN'T have inactivity fees?

Seems a company called Sogotrade has $3 per trades if you buy them ahead of time. You can buy them in groups of 5, 10, 15, or 20, and they are good for one year. Otherwise it's $5 per trade. That's a weird payment structure but still seems pretty decent.

    stocks -Buy and Hold

If you want to buy and hold, I recommend Dogs of the Dow. They take the 10 stocks in the Dow that pay the highest dividend and buy equal portions of each on the first day of each year. Each year they readjust their positions accordingly. It generally does pretty well. Google it and you'll...

    QEP about to go Pop?

Bulls may be losing steam but so are the bears. You've got LHs and HLs. Or maybe that's a big double bottom and it's about to go back up. Or an M top and it's about to go down.

    Today's chart:
  13. 1

RSI - Relative Strength Index (Wilder) & RMI - Relative Momentum Index

How does it confirm the reversal? It can tell you "a reversal just happened" but you can tell that from looking at price, too. When it confirms the reversal does that mean price is more likely to keep going in the new direction?

Who's cheaper than Scottrade and DOESN'T have inactivity fees?

Scottrade is $7 per trade regardless of size (sometimes it's a few cents more). Is there anywhere cheaper? I've seen some places that are between $0.99 and $5 per trade but they have inactivity fees. Sometimes I go a few months without trading. I'm very happy with Scottrade's service but...
