The foreign futures are something to consider, but as Mark said, if you are in the US, you have to adjust your life in order to trade them. I personally enjoy working from 8am till Noon in my own timezone. Makes life a little easier.

Not since Vista came out. I tried again and again to get XP and they wouldn't budge. Even on the clearance/refurb stuff. Maybe someone knows how, but I was unable to get it done. I ended up getting a laptop at tigerdirect.com with XP Pro on it for a good price.

gif - it would depend on the trader and the methodology being used. If you have found that trading with the overall trend is best for you, that's half the battle! You found what works for you.

Drew, I would check out ProActive and Mirus as well. $2500 is a very, very small account to open, so I hope you are prepared for big swings! Hopefully more up than down!
