If it goes to foreclosure the county get involved calls the sheriff to post the notice. I think the bank must then recognize it as a non performing asset. This will further weaken there balance sheet.

You know your right about the program not being updated. But the trade off it's rock solid. Alot of programs are being updated every month or week and have big problems. I think OEC just did an update and I hear it was a disaster.
