    Assume stock is 9.97 @ 10.03. So if you place a buy limit 10.00 order through TD Ameritrade where does it sit? Does the bid/offer display change? If there is another order to sell limit at 10.00 from another firm like TD Ameritrade but not ameritrade itself are those orders ever/never matched.
