Legal. U can't trade the Nikkei and Hang Seng (sp?) b/c US residents aren't allowed to. The CFTC allows u, as a US resident, to trade all US futures, but they place restrictions on the ones I mentioned above and a few others

OpenECry is great. No problems thus far. They have no software fees or data fees. Always someone available if you need to get a rep. I'd recommend them.

The last big leg down was 70 ES. Twice that happened. So a measured move should take us down to the 1300 level. I'm assuming if we hit, which probably won't be today, you should see some decent support. Then again, MANY will be looking for that area to buy, so probably 1303-1306 or so...

don't plan to trade from it. Plan to learn it. I only made 1 ES play. It will happen from time to time. I just usually dont disclose it.

Long @1351.50 stop @1348.00 Overnight hold here. Nice support on the 60 min at this level. Looking for this to hold and to possibly see a small short squeeze in the AM tomorrow.
