    Hmmm. Seems a little harsh. Their industrial base atrophied due to so-called Dutch Disease, not because they're dumb or lazy. Tapping a vast natural resource and producing tremendous wealth from it is both a blessing and a curse.

    You can't explicitly filter on float. If you use the custom display you can select float as one of the output columns along with inside and institutional ownership. Then you save the results to a spreadsheet and filter it there. It's a little cumbersome but not too bad.

    Probably. The application consists of one window and you select which symbol to manage with a drop-down box. I'm not sure how long it's been since you've looked at it. I use it for trading YM so it's not an issue for me.
