    Es Dom

By coincidence, I've been studying DOM myself. I found that Button Trader has been helpful because it shows a tick chart alongside the DOM. In addition, the DOM also shows a ratio of cumulative bids to asks. What got me interested in this was a posting I read where some guy claimed he could...

    Software to password protect folder

Don't use Microsoft's encryption. Since their software isn't open source, there's no way to independently verify the veracity of their implementation. Truecrypt is open source and programmers from around the world have examined the code. It's very hard to hide a back door or a bug when tens...

buy RRC you clowns-for a move to 47.5

Believe me, you don't want some 50 year old white guy giving you a lap dance. Unless you're into that.

    Linda Rascke

That's basically it. Nuttin' fancy. The EMA and ADX are visual crutches to see if it's trending and when there's a pullback.

    Linda Rascke

Sound kinda like her so-called "Holy Grail" setup? Wait for 14 period ADX > 30 Wait for a retracement to the 20 EMA Trail an entry stop above (for longs) or below (for shorts) the last retracement bar. Usually an MA cross involves 2 or more MA's but I don't recall seeing Linda using...

buy RRC you clowns-for a move to 47.5

A "dummies" style entry: an upside break of the second 15 minute bar. Buy stop @46.93, attached stop loss @ 46.24

Any significant difference between TOS or OX software?

One thing that TOS has that in my opinion is a killer feature is option risk graphing. It's really, really good for any arbitrary multi-legged spread you can think of. That's normally a premium feature on certain pay sites, but comes with a normal TOS account. Now if only IB (Interactive...

Cabletrader, do you use the Oanda API as a data feed for MT4 for the charting or do you use another data source?

    Hillary Clinton IS the VP!

There's no way. She wants the big prize, not sloppy seconds.

    Hillary Clinton IS the VP!

You're kidding, right? Hillary is not being considered for VP, nor is she interested. She and Bill are basically deliberately trying to set up Obama to lose to McCain. If McCain wins, Obama won't run again in 4 years but Hillary will still be fresh for a fight. Yes, she'd really do that.

    synthetic margins in iras

LOL I really doubt it. There are so many other ways to increase leverage without needing margin.

Any significant difference between TOS or OX software?

Well for one thing OX doesn't *have* any software per se. It's totally web-based. The main interface to TOS is an actual app you have to install.
