What is it with people showing up here having never trading anything in their lives saying they want to learn to trade forex? Why forex specifically? Why don't they just say they want to learn to trade, period? Are they seeing infomercials on TV or reading things in their spam folders?

No, range bound means just what it looks like. An ATM call calendar spread profits within a range above and below the ATM strike price. Here's an example NOV/DEC 110 Call on QQQ. This is all Options 101 stuff.

ATM calendar spreads only profit when the underlying stays range bound. If it moves outside the range you lose the net debit (what you paid for the spread). You seem to be missing the point that movement of the underlying has a huge effect on the trade's outcome.

The IB FFA is also very handy for simultaneously trading your own multiple accounts. e.g. cash, IRA, Roth. As long as you're not shorting stock or taking naked short call positions you can pretty much do anything you want in all 3 at the same time.
