    3x levered ETF's

Hi, It seems that there is additional counter party default risk when it comes to leveraged ETFs due to the use of Credit Swaps. I would like to know myself exactly how risky these ETFs are. If they happen to diverge a bit from their target indexes, that is something I can live with...

    SPY v ES

850 to 870 and 85 to 87 is still percentage wise the same difference. I fail to see the leverage. ES allows to leverage more on margin. SPY has the usually stock/ETF margin req. So yes, with ES you can leverage more but the leverage is not in the issue.

Safest way to get exposure to the S&P 500?

There are several instruments one can use to trade/invest in the S&P 500. 1) ES/YM 2) SPY 3) Index Funds 4) SSO (leveraged funds) In terms of default (blow up) risk, which one of these is least likely to blow up? I am looking for something (close to) as stable as the major currency...

You daytrade because you have poor social skills?

Most people these days are crude, rude and anti-social, so if begin social means conforming to the social code du jour, then those people you consider anti-social are actually quite social.
