    EUR/USD COT Chart. HELP!!

Does somebody now how to read this chart? It seems that the only value it would have is if one could discern how the small spec. is positioned. Why was there such a gap between the large and commercial specs. in the 2005-2008 EUR bull market? This chart was taken from timingcharts.com

    Futures riskier than stocks?

I believe that assuming no leveraged is used, that the S&P 500 futures index offers the least risky way to invest in the stock market long term.

    Futures riskier than stocks?

Why are index futures considered riskier than stocks? They can't go out of business like stocks do.

I blew up , feels so bad

Any low liquidity asset is rigged in the sense that those players with more money can move it at will just by their volume. This means that there is little technical justification for the moves since they come out of nowhere. Yes, this includes individual stocks and yes they are VERY rigged...

I blew up , feels so bad

Holding stocks for day / weeks is very risky mostly due to gaps and are highly manipulated due to their low liquidity. I would focus on SPY which you can dump anytime 24/5, reducing you risk.

Do what Soros does. Decrease your position size until you are profitable again. That way you can continue trading (learning) with less risk. Btw, do you hold overnight?

Wall Street's Biggest Lie Finally EXPOSED

Well, buy and hold value investors usually look at small/mid-caps, so the S&P 500 is not a good measure in this case.

The ONLY strategy that always works!

Actually, the divergence between Enron's Cash Flow and Income Statement would have been a pretty clear red flag (same with World Com). But then again, these were blue chips.

WRONG! What about Japanese stocks? You sound like somebody who is trying to convince himself of something that he doesn't really believe.
