    the good thing about LRP is that they'll only come into effect in very fast markets, it has to be a fast market to hit the LRP since it refreshes every 30 seconds, but if they are hit and the market goes to full auction all electronic traders are toast...

    I havent trade Nasdaq for a while, I wasnt aware that Arca was routing out on otc. Btw Pacific exchange is Arca. On nyse hibrid, are LRP's just a tool for specialists and other guys at the floor to eat us electronic traders alive?

    arca market order will hit the best price in arca. same thing on INET. You just need to configure hotkeys for all 3 ecns... But I think some brokers have smart routing softwares that can do that for you.

    NYSE has an "OPEN BOOK" does nasdaq have somthing similiar? There´s no open book, since instead of a specialist you have several market makers, you can only see the top of book for each MM{the good thing is that you can see who the MM is}. But most of the action goes throught the ecns, so...
