    The ISE, EDGX, NSDQ, NYSE, and BATS also busted a lot of trades from the open later that day... So, it's ok that you're pissed at the market for this BS... but if you're pissed at all the ECN's and you're not sending them bussiness where are you gonna trade? TRACK or DATA?

    You can find the NYSE master file here: http://www.nyxdata.com/nysedata/Default.aspx?tabid=720 it's not the cheapest option though... You could also try using a stock screener to help you find them... such as the one in nasdaq.com or finance.yahoo

    Japanese shorting rules are the same as US before the SHO. You can only short on upticks or at the ask and you need a locate to short... gaijin sensei?

    I agree with you... the one thing I hate about Heikin-Ashi is not being able to see current price... not a big problem if you're trading off the level 2 screen and using the charts as guide... but it might be a problem is you're trading off the chart...
