Which part of "anymore" was unclear? The Russian tank factory stopped production a month ago. No new tanks and no tanks being repaired. Due to sanctions. Because the machinery that produces tanks is Western, and so are some parts.

You're kidding, right? They are running out of missiles, which they could only build at the rate of (I am serious) 60 a quarter *before* the sanctions. All missile production and tank production has stopped. And yes, their economy is in tatters.

It in fact is their most advanced tank in the field. They also have Armata tanks which are supposedly more advanced but only a few had been built as examples and nowadays with sanctions stopping all tank production, won't be built. This war has really been quite an eye-opener on the Russian...
