Absolutely shitty. Seriously. Although my API has just started to pick up steam again, I can't plan on it doing well for the next year. So, I've basically had to teach myself to trade all over again. And I plan on these tough times paying off in a big way.

Man, I hate bursting anyones bubble, but dude... You need thousand's of hours in front of the screen with real money on the line before you are anywhere near proficiency. That's what's hard. I seriously believe I could teach my daughter to make consistent money on a sim account in a half...

This is along the lines of what I was thinking. By adhering to such arbitrary guidelines, you are either limiting yourself, or trading too much. Depends on the strategy you've become comfortable with. Sometimes it's 10 trades one day and zero the next. For others it's 300 trades one...
