It's very difficult to give decent advice to you, like someone said allready it's all about how much you really want this. The rational thing to do would be to stay at your current job. However life is not totally about doing all about taking rational decisions. Don't underestimate on the other...

I find this one of the most difficult things: how long let the 'direction' play and when it's time to start going countertrend.

for something totally else, would you consider this a pin bar on the hourly here yoohoo ? Or would the dowtrend take priority here ?

went long at 64 seeing the triple bottom and sold at 79 for a nice 4% profit

willeung, I think you will find out (if you haven't allready) that YH is an excellent motivator to push yourself to a higher level, allthough he sometimes forgets he has got this vast knowledge which takes lesser traders a lot more time to incorporate everything :D and things that seem perfectly...
