I think we have some room to move up to just above 2700. Might find some initial resistance there and then we'll re-evaluate.

Mal: You might consider making your MACD histogram box a little "taller." That divergence seemed more apparent on my chart.

I noticed that MACD histogram divergence on 4-hour chart as well -- which has led to a bounce off the lows.

From my years of experience, I have to just trust what I'm seeing and not what I think. If something is fathomable and is being discussed publicly (even if the outcome isn't known), I can't fear it -- that includes elections, terrorist attacks, anthrax scares, wars, political instability, etc...

We have now held that retracement level. I won't be surprised by anything now. My short-term buy signals kicked in at 2:00 a.m. (unfortunately, just seeing them now).

We took out the 76.4% retrace of the move from the Nov 23 lows so we'll see what happens.

Only comment on today is that I think we will retrace a chunk of yesterday's down move, especially with the positive seasonality for today.

Interestingly, this one came up on my monthly chart analysis at the end of November. My indicators suggest there is a possibility that December will be a higher close for this pair. Watching how this trades off the most recent low on Dec. 4.
