I had that 4206 area as potential support which has held so far but that 4226 area seems like resistance in short-term. If we clear that, we might open up a bit but this is tough here.

I believe that "trying too hard" in trading can be a real problem for many folks. Also, the fact that we call it "trading" may be a problem, in itself, because that implies the activity of actually executing trades -- which is only a fraction of what your process should look like.

Holding overnight is not the problem. Most people who are afraid to hold overnight don't understand the market at a high level and are usually only looking at micro / intraday time frames.

What is your overall strategy? Holding period?

You can also have people with little capital or experience using it for some type of emotional / mental need rather than to make themselves a better trader. I actually booted someone from my trading room for that very reason.

It always sounds like a great idea to get some traders together to exchange ideas, etc. but from experience I can tell you that it is extremely difficult to create a sustainable group.

I think the operative word here is "almost" (as opposed to "totally"). If you can find the nuances where an indicator is actually useful, then you might have a helpful nugget of information.
