What confounds me is why brokers are required to make their own reports if ultimately the IRS would have to agree with what a trader is reporting anyway? And they don't even expect those two reports to reconcile.
If this is an insect, it has to be really close to a camera, maybe a few feet away, to move at such speed. But if the camera is focused on the object 2 miles away, the insect would be out of focus and it can't be seen in the video. IMHO.
Do you think recon drones fly that low and that fast? It just zips by and it's gone. But in my mind they can't give a formal conclusion on the cause of the explosion that would completely ignore the flying object.
