    What is Not an edge?

That logic assumes that the edge exists, and that the set of "what is not an edge" is finite and known, and that "what is an edge" is a knowable nonempty set.

    What is Not an edge?

Does edge exist? One should first prove the existence of something before searching for it.

MCD: I want to sell coffee means I cannot sell my burgers

I want to sell coffee means the profit margin is huge on coffee. If they could sell quality coffee and remove their name from the cup, then DD/SB could bite the dust.

    Trading -AUD/USD

In conversion when price did not move, yes. In thinking, evaluation and conversions across time, it is unclear. My notation can explain why two individuals could become "richer" in their own currencies after trading with each other. Your way of looking at it will make it look like a paradox.

    Trading -AUD/USD

I like to think of A/B and B/A as two different pairs because of some subtle differences.

    Trading -AUD/USD

Some of you following this thread may ask this question: how many pairs there are , and which pairs do people trade? There is a large number of (real and conceptual) pairs (at least N*(N-1), where N is the number of tradeable currencies). If one looks at the major currencies of the western...

    Trading -AUD/USD

Taking sometime aside to think. For asian session, I would look at NZD/JPY on long side. When I check it earlier today, it was below 83. It could break 83 this evening if my thinking/intuition is correct.

    The Losers' Chart

Is there a charting software that displays only the areas where losing past trades are?

    Why Do People Trade?

Some possible answers: 1. The entry barrier is low, and one can easily learn how to write and submit orders with the push of a button. 2. There are experienced people who know where the inexperienced make mistakes, and they take their opposite side. They repeat doing it until they have a...

A plan does not do it either: when something is necessary, it does not mean it is sufficient, even if it is written.

Former Fed QE guy Confesses, Apologizes: "I Can Only Say: I'm Sorry, America."

Could the "I" in your last sentence be understood by others to mean someone other than Piezoe? What makes you believe in Bernanke? What if certain Bernanke's decisions caused problems? Prior to the internet, when wrong, a banker could just answer who would have known? We have now the internet...

    Trading -AUD/USD

eur/jpy @ 134.25. Adding for second time. This time the bulls should be done. I would like to see a chase. If it can remind me hunting with dogs, that would be good.

    This seems very ominous

Good observation if it is about SPY, but notice that QQQ and IWM may not have made new highs! And for QQQ and IWM there is a thread!

You should re-read what I wrote. At a bottom the risk is zero. I did not write that zero risk is only at a bottom. Among all points with zero risk among all traders, the point with the highest reward is the bottom. But one can get on a leg somewhere in between, and nail his relative zero risk...

    Trading -AUD/USD

EUR/AUD now @ 1.4380. Searching for an entry to add to it. Current obvious point is 1.44, but would it bounce, and if it does I have to check that buyers would be pushed back?
