    SLAUGHTER on Wall Street

I don't know about your chart, and don't really care. I think CNBC pre-market is real time or what, 15 min delay max? Still showing down over 200 points. It does not matter. It could turn green at open but the (next) sell-off has begun. It will be brutal.

    SLAUGHTER on Wall Street

So Ken, you are bullish on tomorrow? Am I reading that right? I for one hope you are right, but know you are not. :(

    SLAUGHTER on Wall Street

I don't know Overnight, I just went to CNBC premarket quotes and it shows (or showed) the Naz down over 200. Be nice, I'm trying to help you guys out, no need to talk trash to me no matter how many times you don't listen to me and how big your losses might become LOL...

    SLAUGHTER on Wall Street

When did they miss? I was not even aware that they missed. I posted this thread solely on the price action I saw in the last 10 minutes (really less) of the regular trading day. Damn, they missed? Its going to be that much worse. :(:(:(

    SLAUGHTER on Wall Street

Looks down more like 30 to me. But the big boys play in the Naz. That is what I am talking about. Always. Down over 200 points. Its going to get much, much worse tomorrow. The only thing that can stop it now is some unbelievably good news, and I don't think we are getting any. Tomorrow...

Pause Trading in December to clear wash sale?

Well, if you have losses, you will have to pause at least 31 days w/r/t purchasing any security that you had the losses on if you want to take those. Not a calendar month, but any 31 day period, and only with respect to purchases, and only with respect to the securities you have the losses on...

    SLAUGHTER on Wall Street

I see after hours its down HUGE, just as I predicted. That was one of the most unhealthy closes I've seen in awhile. Everything just gave up at the very, very end. I mean, support just dropped off COMPLETELY. People were starting to unload getting ready for the huge drop that is coming...

How to mitigate the risk of Metatrader becoming "illegal"?

Why would Metatrader become illegal? Let me guess, makes too much money for its users? :) Or some kind of Russian or Chinese ties or something?

    The Night Effect

What transaction costs? Buying 100 shares of stock (including ETFs) with IB is like $1 for me most times. So buying or selling (short) 100 shares of TQQQ, controlling ~$2127 of notional equity, would cost like $1 no? And that's for retail. Sure seems a very small transaction fee, like .047%...

    Basics of equity option payoffs

"Free tendies" - by this you mean the option holder just pissed away some potential to profit more by exercising early (and that benefits the option writer), correct? "If it's exercised after expiration, the terminal payoff values apply. Simple." Well, technically it cannot be exercised after...
