I caught the drop in the dow...made back my losses for the day ...most pleased. Nikkei trade showing a bit of profit...will see if Japan carries it up if cash market opens tonight.

short term (intraday) look good to keep going up. Reckon dow could put on a few hundred more points. Maybe by tomorrow. longer term still points to down...so will be looking at shorting tomorrow perhaps.

on what time frame? i'm bearish on a weekly and daily time frame, but not less than that.

If you wanna go long for the medium term or long term, then buying Nikkei futures would probably be better than US stocks. The Japanese market is cheap, at least a lot cheaper than the US and they don't seem to want to end their cheap money policy any time soon.

i reckon it could go down 400-500 points...so good money odds.

My calls are 70%+ incorrect. I don't like this idea.

I shorted crude oil yesterday at 61.60, covered today at 59. Made more money on that than i did trading dow all day long today.

For the week, I managed to get that big 1000 point drop that i mentioned yesterday....but reduced my gains by taking lots of crappy little trades. Big swings make the big money...all else is pocket money.

i'm probably wrong but i think there might be a mass sell off into the last hour

just rode that entire down move...exited at 500 on dow ! yehaaaa!!!

was caught up in the first 15 mins, lost some money. currently long at 23960...stops at the lows..think we might have a sustained rally here at least for a few hours.

Have u thought of playing the longer time frame as well?
