??? My system works in bear, bull, sideway, whatever. It's daytrading with low frequency selective trades. There are days when I've made money betting down when the bigger trend is up and vice versa. Unless you're a swing trader it shouldn't matter.

I think it was a fair request. There are already some people who are allow to take times off for personal reason. It looks like the primary reason for the ban is some of the "leaders" don't want me trading.

So I have an update. I tried to work out a deal with my boss on taking off for 2 hours to trade and not getting paid. She said she needs everyone to work their full shifts. But will think about it.
