Trailing drawdown is like the worst thing they can implement to ensure most traders fail. Unlike hard drawdown, you're basically have to follow a trailing stop to make sure you don't go beyond the trailing loss from the highest equity point. So not only you have to make sure your entries...

    Flip of a coin..but

DDF follows the same concept as the ORB study. You're basically making the assumption that when price is a certain distance away from the whatever reference point you create (in this case the average of 5 minutes), then it's unlikely that price will hit the other side of the range/reverse It's...

    Flip of a coin..but

There was a pdf I read while back where someone did a study on pivots points (PP, S1,R1, S2, R2 etc) in forex. He provided statistics of how often each level is hit, how often price close within the levels, and how often both sides of PP are hit. It turns out the further out you are, the less...

    Flip of a coin..but

Just for the record, I trade based on price action that's pegged to the exchange open (London/Chicago). That indicates that I don't trade a purely random entry since there is consistent significant volume influx around that time compared to all other times But still curious, can purely random...

Let's change the perspective a little here. Can a random entry strategy make money in the market long term?

I unblocked him cause he liked my posts after lol But seriously, I wasn't gonna bother with anybody who doesn't see the impact of this bullshit commission increases in % terms and how it impacts your bottom line. It's basic life skills.
