3 month hurdle completed with this trading algo. Quantower has been such a smooth operator, no issues so far. I still need to observe the in-out-in reverse process to see if the target setup works properly. That condition hasn't happened yet strangely. anyway, for the full 3 months, averaging...

Based on my account since 2/20/23 using 20k account and risking 80% (margin call) Somebody check my calculation but my risk of ruin (margin call) is nearly zero? What am I missing? at 20% loss, it's still < 1% risk of ruin

I think risk of ruin calculation is the formula you need to define your edge. It pretty much covers all the metrics you need from EV, w/l %, pf, max risk.. just overall good summary into your system.

The whole point of comparing to B&H is to make sure your efforts are worth more than just letting your money sit in those index funds. I mean why would you waste efforts on something when you are underperforming?

I'm surprised paypal went down as much as it did. I mean I still use it, with Zelle and Venmo. I guess there's really nothing to set it apart.
