I agree on most parts but not the cash on the sidelines. The 21 bull was fueled by buying on margin (look it up). The average Joe did take out loans on their house to buy. As rates go higher, cash becomes more scarce. I don't think we will se Covid lows either.

I say the Fed has already placed a soft put under the market (thats why we closed still above -20% from ATH this week) and they will immediately turn it into a hard put if necessary. They want a deflation of the vubble, not a crash. Burry still lives in the world pre 2008 where the Fed doesen't...

Its easy. Just listen to the fed. At some point they will reverse course from tightening to standard (and then to easing again probably).. And they give hints out far before. Listen what they say and you WILL be fine no matter what.

With that and my knowledge (lets call my experience knowledge for once, okay :) I can predict, that if we go lower, 3620 will be a temp. low for a few days. Mark my words. If it works i just found some alpha.

For me getting into a position is easy, taking an entire move if correct is the hard part. In swing trading I have algos to do that that work fine, in day trading it is pretty hard even for algos due to the noise
