California hikes minimum wage to $20/hr. Workers now make $0/hr

yeah. Exactly. Wages are controlled by the market. A min wage will only curtail employment demand. This is economics 101. Labor demand has elasticity and this is true now more than ever.

California hikes minimum wage to $20/hr. Workers now make $0/hr

Probably, but it might have more to correlate with skills. If min wage goes up, i bet those people don't get more insurance. On a side note, how does someone not have insurance? Between Medicaid and Obamacare, everyone should be covered unless they choose not to be.

California hikes minimum wage to $20/hr. Workers now make $0/hr

California hikes minimum wage to $20/hr. Workers now make $0/hr

Wages are what the market will bear at all levels, whether it be a programmer making 500,000/year or a cashier making $15/hour. It has nothing to do with "a viable business" - unless you think the only businesses that should be in America are law firms, doctors offices, and big tech. I guess...

Tastytrade has set my account to closing only

This thread is possibly the dumbest of the year and this is the year of Quanto and wxytrader. here’s the explanation of the note: OP is placing trades that no one would take the other side of. Placing trades costs money in terms of cancelation fees, routing costs, etc. while most of these fees...

Is there any way to pay for Sponsorship for 9/10?

They should sponsor your series exams. You can't hold a license without a sponsorship anyway. And I've never heard of not already having a license being a gating factor for a hiring decision.

I never thought highly of IDB's. Some of them were my friends, but most couldn't tell you the difference between a call and a put. (i'm not exaggerating).
