WSJ: Trump wants to buy Greenland

I think it's a good idea. I also think that 9 of the 10 Canadian provinces should become US states (Quebec would become its own country). The 3 Canadian territories could also become US states, or US territories.

    Options for income

Buying options is best. Selling in this very volatile market would be foolish. :)

What are the risks that are involved in Opts trading ? Looking to make a list here

1 -4 appears to involve ITM options. IMO ..... Once any leg of a short position reaches ITM it is time to close the position - most likely at a loss. Avoid ITM short options.

Who is writing 1 or 2 or 3 unit option contracts?

Limit Order - in between the bid /ask. Underlying moves slightly against your position. Your order gets filled a few contracts at time.

AAPL earnings - I bought two 215 weekly calls at $2.49

    Yes that is correct. Buy to open two (2) 215 calls at $2.49 $498 + $12.45 commission = $510.45 Sell to close (2) 215 calls at $4.80 $960 - $12.45 commission = $947.55 P/L $947.55 - 510.45 = + $437.10 (+85%) :)

AAPL earnings - I bought two 215 weekly calls at $2.49

You only notice any pre-earnings trading pattern after the fact. Hindsight is always 20/20 - but it's no good for trading. :)

AAPL earnings - I bought two 215 weekly calls at $2.49

    UPDATE AAPL at $208.00 I expect a 8%+ climb after earnings. $208 + 8% = 224 $224 - $215 (call strike) = $9 I will hold till after earnings. :)
