Equity Options - This is a sellers market. The last couple of weeks options have been too expensive to buy. But selling options is no cake walk either - unless you are selling straddles.

But the whole idea of selling options is collecting the premium and taking advantage of time decay. ITM = very little premium and time decay. The value is tied up in the intrinsic value. You want to sell OTM options.

No ..... you will be selling at the bid. There is always a bid/ask spread, on all transactions.

You could try and sell at the ask - but it will go unfilled.
