Most FCMs offer TT. If you are a retail trader, and this will not be a $50mm account, I'm not sure what the advantage is of using a large bank with a small retail account.

STT and MTM have nothing to do with non-pro vs pro data. It is not a question the feeds ask. And commissions are not related to either.

With futures, an LLC or Inc might incur higher market data fees but the CME has an exemption for certain small companies. A series 3 will push you over to pro market data fees. Same for any membership owned or leased. Commissions are unrelated.

On a case by case basis, we can accept accounts that are not on the OFAC or FATF lists.
