I'm not aware of some of these fees like NSCC , FOCUS Fee and SIPC Fee as fees the client would pay. TAF is for options only. SEC section 31 fee is normal for stock and options sales. They are not a US registered BD, so I'm not sure how they provide SIPC.

Except SPX options are priced vs the future, because that is the hedge. When I was part of a team building a risk/margin platform, we spoke with ES and SPX MMs. They all told us the use the appropriate ES future to get the right options Ivols. SPX options are only priced vs the cash at expiration.

Since you can buy the basket and short either the SPX or ES options, it is not clear to me that dividend flows should be any different.

Are you saying the OTM puts in SPX are higher than OTM puts in ES or just that in both the OTM calls have a lower IV than the OTM puts in both?

As a side note, if you were using Silexx, it is a tool on the software that shows earnings dates and dividends. and, it shows on the options chain too.

We offer Silexx OEMS. It provides earnings and dividend dates that can be exported and sorted.

We have a basket trader. You can create multiple baskets, use limit orders, market orders, MKT on Close or Vwap and TWAP for larger size.

Every Exchange has different rules and many allow crosses matching your price without you matching. Your expectations if priority from time and price are unfortunately not an expectation you can depend on, especially with any SMART route.
