International traders all use interactive brokers as they open an account for just about anyone. Not sure about China as IB invested in Tiger brokerage.
Search on www.youtube.com for any trading approach you are interested in. I have been doing this recently and have learnt a lot. The trading documentaries on the crash of 87 and 08 are particularly good. Also take a look at www.pdfdrive.com
They are bucket shops offering spread bets. They are trading against their customers. They are not regulated brokerage accounts so do not have insurance.
