Tradeking, optionshouse, eoptions - order filling

I agree that option SMART routes are set up that way. An option MM gets first look and then settles on an exchange that works best for the route, as they have to cover any fees over PFOF. In general, the orders go to a small number of large MM firms, so many orders that are "SMART" are treat in...

Tradeking, optionshouse, eoptions - order filling

Why would a limit order get different fills at different brokers, unless the order is held in an option dark pool? If you don't get Direct Market Access, they send your order to the exchange that provides the best cost/revenue structure for them. The reality is that most executions that are not...

    Experienced Portfolio Managers only

Yes, 100MM is an important level. I said that too. One of our clients grew from around $6mm of their own money to $240mm in the last 7 years. The last $150mm was all from the third party marketers. I've gotten paid for it too, at my old firm. We are not approved for it yet at LS. I only raised...

    Experienced Portfolio Managers only

This opportunity is for employment, so no management fee. Most of the hedge funds and CTAs we deal with charge either 2/20, 1/25 or 0/30. Most are still 2/20. It is common for large allocators or initial angel investors to get a better rate. I've seen as low as .5/15 for $25mm or more. The idea...

How to manage positions that accrue large vega

The only advice I can give you is: -Manage your positions to make you comfortable for the risk you want. -Ignore, except for tax purposes, when and the price you put on a position. Look at the current market and prices, and decide at that point in time what you want it to look like, then...

    >$25K to start and get 4x for futures DT After that, we don't close your account, but you should not get 25% of SPAN for DT. There are accounts that trade with less than $10K because they lost money.

TC2000 or Trading View for charting?

I agree, but not my choice. The account does not have to maintain $25K like stocks and I have asked for a smaller accounts for those that do equites too and the futures account is a second account. Sorry, I don't get a vote!

Is there are any ways to bet on stocks movement without buying or selling them?

We don't offer them but there are single stock futures and CFD. I'm going to agree with Turveyd. If I had under $25K to trade, I'd focus on futures.
