Who is your broker? You could get CQG from your broker then you just pay per trade.

If you think Investor RT is expensive at $50 a month plus $20 for volume studies, then CQG at $595 for market delta may be out of the question.

Www.koyfin.com and www.money.net are Bloomberg competitors for a lot less or free.

You can use qcollecter from www.mechtrading.com to get the iqfeed data offline. Not familiar with ninjatrader but you should be able to scan the database for your criteria.
