A lot of markets, like OTC energy, used yahoo messenger but it was shut down. Www.symphony.com competes with Bloomberg messenger for $20 a month per user. A Bloomberg terminal is $2500 a month on a two year contract. Bloomberg Messenger is $10 a month per user.
If a company has one Bloomberg then they can get Bloomberg Messaging for unlimited users for $10 a month per user. They are competing with Symphony which is $20 per user per month.
Ninjatrader will send orders to your broker and have their own brokerage. TS is a broker. Also look at amibroker, multicharts, esignal, cqg, motivewave etc
You can use qcollecter from www.mechtrading.com to get the iqfeed data offline. Not familiar with ninjatrader but you should be able to scan the database for your criteria.
If you have historical data then you can either program it yourself or use ninjatrader, amibroker, metastock, multicharts to run a report.
