Www.ig.com do spread bets on options but it is a bucket shop. Use a regulated brokerage account and trade on a regulated options exchange.

Www.nadex.com is the only legit binary option exchange. All the binary option brokers are scams who will never return your money. You could open a regulated brokerage account and trade on a regulated option exchange buying a call and selling a higher strike call to emulate a binary option.
